Nir Bar-Lev


Nir is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive and product leader. Nir currently serves as the chairman of the board at Tachyonix. Prior to Tachyonix, Nir co-founded and led Clear.ML as its CEO to become the world's leading MLOps OSS platform. He is currently serving as Clear.ML's Chairman. Before founding Clear.ML, Nir served at Google for a decade in senior leadership roles. Nir started his career at Google as one of the early members of the Google Mobile team and as the founding product lead for Google’s voice recognition platform. Among other roles, Nir served as the executive product lead for all of Google’s search advertising business in EMEA – a business representing at the time over $14B in annual revenues; and as GM for an independent BU in mobile payments. Nir is a Wharton Business School MBA grad, an experienced engineer, an IDF elite technology unit alum and has 30 years of leadership experience.


Marcelo Korn


Brazilian-born Marcelo is a brilliant system engineer and an even better tech innovator. For over a decade, Marcelo has been working for Intel Israel, most recently as security technology lead, before which he held various roles including system engineer, firmware technology & enablement lead, authenticate technologist and enablement lead, and firmware & software engineer. Over the years, Marcelo has gained vast experience in various ecosystems, across many fields in the tech industry. He has been deeply involved in network development projects, developing sensor APIs, leading firmware security operations,high-level programing, and deep programming in hardware environments. In 2019, Marcelo was admitted into a specialized study course in ethical hacking at the See Security College in Tel Aviv where, upon completion, he has earnt the title of Hacking Defined Expert (HDE) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CDE). Marcelo holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Computer Science and a Systems Engineering degree from Hadassah Academic College.


Rogerio Balassiano


Rogerio has 21 years of experience in SAP development, gained while working on large SAP customization projects. Specializing in backend and integration development, Rogerio is also an ABAP consultant with expertise in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development and production support. One of Rogerio’s most significant professional achievements was being responsible for the solution architecture of the largest SAP project in Brazil, which dealt with maximizing automation in the development process.He has also worked at all the major consultancies in Brazil and the largest global companies, including Petrobas, Vale, Embraer and Suzano. An accelerator that he developed for Petrobas saved thousands of Reais in the first 18 months of use. Rogerio holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Rio de Janeiro State University and an MBA specializing in finance, with an emphasis on the stock market from Ibmec, Rio de Janeiro.


Jose Ruy Antunes

Advisory Board

Senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial, market strategy and finance areas. Antunes was one of the main executives responsible for introducing the German software giant SAP into the Brazilian market. As commercial director (3 years) and CEO (9 years), he was responsible for consolidating SAP as the undisputed leading supplier of application software for the market of the “500 Biggest and Best” Brazilian companies (in all industry segments). Prior to SAP, he was also CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Software. ​Antunes has solid knowledge and experience in bringing foreign technologies and developing the strategic plan, brand management and positioning for the Brazilian market. ​He is also a Board Member and/or Mentor of medium and small technology companies, both independently and through Endeavor, where over the last 15 years he has contributed his experience and knowledge in mentoring companies and entrepreneurs in the areas of sales, marketing, development of brand and market strategy.
